Recruiting Manager

Amber Olson is passionate about finding the best talent for an organization while fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. In her role as recruiting manager for Green Meadows Partners, she’s responsible for full life cycle recruitment, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, attracting diverse candidates, collaborating with hiring managers and delivering positive hiring experiences.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee. She is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR).

Amber has nearly two decades of experience in full life cycle recruitment, talent management, strategic staffing augmentation and succession planning. Amber has worked in both staffing and corporate environments and has a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.

In the community, Amber volunteers for CARES Cancer Support, a support group dedicated to providing care for lives touched by cancer.

A Hopkinsville, Kentucky native, Amber resides in Knoxville and is mom to daughter, Ella, and a black lab, Charlie. In her free time, she’s happiest when spending time with loved ones and enjoys cooking, the great outdoors, travel, all things Tennessee Vols and true crime.
