Gigi Furlong

Gigi Furlong is enthusiastic about driving continuous improvement and innovation, always looking for ways to streamline and optimize operations, which contributes to organizational success. Her contributions include operational oversight and efficiency, financial processes, interdepartmental collaboration and social media marketing. She especially enjoys working in consulting and with the nonprofit sector. 

With more than 15 years of experience in operations and management, she has held key roles in office management, chapter operations for a finance industry organization, regional service and payroll.

A Southern California native, Gigi spent three years in Colorado before making Knoxville her home in 2018. In lieu of traditional college, she attended trade school and has a deep appreciation for structure and efficiency, both professionally and personally. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years.

Outside of work, Gigi enjoys reading, home organization, all things beauty related and spending time with her three beloved dogs, Kendra, Kash and Kali. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her curled up with a good book, enjoying quiet moments with her family.
