Samanta earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Tec de Monterrey). She began her career as an industrial engineer in the manufacturing sector in Mexico before transitioning to staffing operations and recruiting in 2013 upon moving to the United States. With over a decade of experience, Samanta has partnered with clients across various sectors, specializing in industrial, manufacturing, administrative and engineering roles.

A founding member of Green Meadows Partners in 2024 and a member of its board of directors, Samanta is known for her commitment to efficiency and productivity. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish fosters inclusivity and brings diverse perspectives to the workplace, making her a vital asset to any team.

Deeply engaged with the Hispanic community, Samanta co-founded Run Like a Latina, an initiative empowering Latina women through running. She also has volunteered with organizations like the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Centro Hispano de East TN, furthering her dedication to community development.

In 2010, Samanta and her husband, Enrique, moved from Mexico to the United States to pursue new opportunities. Now proud parents of two children, Leo and Isabella, Samanta cherishes spending quality time with her family and traveling together. An avid runner, she actively participates in races and marathons throughout the year, embracing the dedication and joy that the sport brings.
