Kayla Henry

Kayla Henry supports team members across a spectrum of needs, including recruiting, scheduling and reporting.

She has extensive experience in staffing and recruiting, working almost exclusively in the field since 2014, serving in expanding administrative and recruiter support roles.

Kayla’s experience as a teenage mom and longtime single parent has fueled her passion for the causes of teen pregnancy and motherhood support. She volunteers as a mentor for Loudon County YoungLives, a group that supports adolescent moms.

A native of Loudon, Tennessee, Kayla lives with her son, Jezadiah, and a Pomeranian named Jasper. Her daughter, Adalyn, attends Tennessee Tech University.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys reading, communing with nature – especially the mountains and the beach – and spending time with her kids. She aspires to live in alignment with her favorite verse from the Bible, Romans 12:12: “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
