Natalie Meadows

Natalie Meadows has a passion for helping clients and making them feel better, and her excitement is palpable. She is the Vice President of sales and co-founder of Green Meadows Partners, serving as the Chief Vibe Officer She’s a temp-to-hire subject matter expert, helping to connect a network of amazing talent and quality employers.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Tennessee and began her career in marketing and account management, moving to the staffing industry in 2005. Since then, she has held sales, management and ownership roles and was a founding member of Green Meadows Partners in 2024.

Natalie’s deep staffing experience includes working with client companies of all sizes in multiple industries, with a focus on temporary and temp-to-hire roles primarily within administrative and manufacturing.

A Nashville native, Natalie has lived in Knoxville since 1997 and now resides in Fountain City. She is the mom of twins. Eva is a competitive dancer, and Will plays travel and school basketball. She loves attending their activities and adores her teacup Shih Tzu, Babydog, who moonlights as a model for PetSafe Brands. With limited free time as a mom of busy teens, she prioritizes time with friends, traveling and reading.
