Professional Recruiter & Shareholder

Jill Green understands the responsibility that comes with connecting careers and talent, and her passion for helping others spurs her success.

She is the President and Treasurer of Green Meadows Partners, serving as a Professional Recruiter and Shareholder with a focus on contingency-based, direct placement recruiting in the professional sector, primarily in accounting/finance, human resources, administrative, marketing and operations.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational administration from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. She started her career in accounting, working in the manufacturing, automotive dealership, travel center and distribution industries. Jill shifted careers to professional recruiting in 2003, joining LBMC as an Executive Recruiter, then launched her own firm in 2012 and was a founding member of Green Meadows Partners in 2024.

Jill has volunteered her time and talents for many years serving community nonprofit organizations and is especially passionate about helping other single mothers. She currently is on the board of directors for the Florence Crittenton Agency and is a past chair of the board. She also serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees for Pellissippi State Community College. Jill is a proud graduate of Leadership Knoxville (Class of 2019), the FBI Citizens Academy and McGhee Tyson Airport’s Aviation Academy.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, and Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jill has lived in Knoxville’s Hardin Valley community since 2001. She’s the mother of two adult sons, identical twins Cody, who serves in the U.S. Marine Corps, and Colby, a public accountant. She’s also mom to Cookie, a mini–Australian Shepherd. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying active in the gym and on long walks, and reading.
